ran 10km for trainin again ytd.....stamina seems to be ok after missing trainin for so long.....
and ADDIDAS SUN DOWN MARATHON!!!......84km....GOGO ...CHIONG ARH!!!.....
although 42 almost killed me.....anw mind over body......

and i swear tt lingyu is damn hot can......yaya joan im serious....lol......sad tt she cant work with use.T.T......

for a moment gals are still quite annoying......
