Today was a restless day...feelin soooo restless tt i drag my feet to school........TIRED!!!!!.......

Headed bac for trainin with shi after school......missed 2 bus......dunno why today soooo many people in school.....

trainin was almost hell today........got kick from some unknown person and sufferin from internal injuries now.......PAIN!!!!.........SLIGHT CONTACT ....NOT FULL CONTACT!!!!!.........

AND SOME TKD NEWS.....BROWN ONE 16 AND BELOW....GRADIN WILL CHANGE TO TOA PA YOH CENTRALIZED GRADING..... lol ...all the best man deren.....

lets see........yesterday went for class outing which was f!@#! dissapointing as many did not turn up....ESSPECIALLY THE ONE TT SUGGESTED IT!.......
Cant decide where to eat so we end up in the not vry happening place call the JACK'S PLACE...
Dishes are kindda ex....and in my opinion not vry worth the price........
For peeps tt eat b4 botak jones u know wad i mean........for 7 bucks u can get double the amount....and even more oishii food!!!!......

Went back to serangoon garden pomsae club cum dance studio.......to teach some bboyin......
started with baby freezes...then move on to unstabbing....turtle freeze.....toprock...2step and 3 step........
and also practice my windmills......still missin the stab.....somehow i lack the momentum to do a halve stab.......jia lat la.....how to do other mills....long way to go for me.....jia you jia you....

went coffee shop to eat and headed home.......
